4. Indicate the transactions or records that are giving rise to the issue.
5. Allowing us connect to your desktop WILL provide a faster resolution.
6. Please log your issue with our support desk. Issues communicated directly with our consultants and not our support desk will result in a delayed response.
7. Until you receive a ticket reference from our support desk your issue HAS NOT been logged.
